Off Season

After my intense European season, I am happy to be home and back working as a paediatric physiotherapist (just 30 hours a week and loving my Mondays off). I found competing so much rather draining and now I’m back, Gaz (coach) has stepped up the training but taken out jumps for now. Although my body (in particular legs) are constantly sore, I’m really happy with my training as I haven’t trained this hard since 2001.

I’m a little less strict on myself during the off season and had a little Halloween party on weekend. Best dressed award goes to Super-Finn (my dog)!
