Osaka until now
The World Championships in Osaka were a little disappointing as although I was in relatively good shape, my lack of runway experience in the months leading up to the championships proved the problem. If I’d landed either of my fouls on the board I would have made the final and my third was too far back on the board.
With my current injury, I am currently on a break from training, just doing rehab exercises. Watching
World Champs have arrived
After departing Europe early due to my knee, I was able to access some great medical support so I’m back running properly.
I’m currently in Japan and rooming with my partner in crime - yes the crazy Sarah Jamieson. We keep one another sane (or maybe it’s insane, not sure which).
An athlete’s psyche in a World Champs / Olympic village is an interesting thing. You feel like you’re on an emotional rollercoaster. There’s the excitement of
